Ok, ok…point taken. It's NaKniSweMo!
It should be NaKniSweMo. I’ve updated the image. If you grabbed it for your own server, you’ll need to re-download — sorry about that!
That’ll show you how ridiculously tired I was yesterday! I’ve been boxing up all the FOs from Knitgrrl to send back to their mamas, not to mention lots of other stuff that needs to go out, and dealing with all kinds of lastminuteness before teaching in Chicago this weekend.
(Arcadia Knitting! come on down! I’ll be signing Spin to Knit, too).
I ordered the yarn for my NaKniSweMo sweater from Beaverslide Dry Goods, who are having a sale. Enough for the cable-y wonder I have in mind, for a mere $30. The serious stashbuilders among you will know what a score this was.
Might I recommend, if you haven’t experienced their gorgeous yarn, trying the McTaggart tweeds? My Secret Pal made me a lovely hat from it. It looks handspun, is divinely soft, and amazingly beautiful.
I never would have noticed the abbreviation! However, my buttons are fixed 😉 Looks like a lot of joiners too! FUN FUN!
hi there! saw your link via craftzine.com – can a beginner knitter (read: a nanowrimo failure *sniff*) get in on this action? can you provide a link to a beginner sweater pattern as an example?
I keep forgetting the name, so can I just call it NoMoMakeASweaterYo?
